Mr. Alireza Toloue Kalami Toussi, IT & Billing General Manager of Mobile Communications Company of Iran (MCI), was graduated from Industrial Management Institute (IMI) in M.S.C of Information Technology Management (MITM). He joined MCI in 2000 and participated in deployment of nation-wide of data communication network, mediation and customer care. He was appointed as MCI IT & Billing General Manager in 2007 and could develop e-services approach in MCI business portfolio, enhance customer-care and billing engines, deploy interconnect billing system, and establish service delivery platforms (PARDISE). He was awarded Iran\'s UN WSIS E-business Award in 2009.
